====== Chapel of St. Michael (near the Mohila) ======

{{  :img_7986-min.jpg?direct&333x500}}Built in 2005, this chapel was dedicated on Sunday, June 26, in memory of the victims of [[https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Operation_Vistula|Operation Vistula]]. Its construction was overseen by a joint committee comprising representatives from CYM and the Organization for the Defense of Lemkivshchyna (OOL). Designed by architect Theodore Bodnar, Jr. in the traditional Lemko style, the chapel was made possible through the generous contributions of the Ukrainian community in America. The dedication ceremony was a significant event, attended by bishops from both the Ukrainian Orthodox and Ukrainian Catholic churches.
